PROPERTY VIEWINGS:

Virtual tours of all our properties will be made available, as well as floorplans which can be viewed 24/7.

We will continue to do viewings but will clarify with all viewers and vendors if they have been to an affected area or been exposed to the virus through contact or have any of the symptons.  We will not conduct any viewings if we consider it a risk.

We will aim to have telephone meetings rather than physical meetings where possible.

MAINTENANCE:

Tenants requiring maintenance are advised to contact our office in the normal manner and we will endeavour to help but are asked to consider the current climate.  We appreciate your patience.

STAFF HYGIENE:

The team are taking the necessary precautions in line with Government guidelines and ensuring they wash their hands regularly; disposable gloves have been provided when required.  They have been advised if they have any of the symptons to self isolate.

HOME WORKING:

We have currently tested staff members working remotely and if the situation changes, they do have access to our telephone systems, data base, files and will be able to conduct business as normal from home.
